Two guests (Christine Ames & Steve Brown) joined members for today's Triskelion Toastmasters meeting. Jason Carty and Don Lyman gave great technical speeches with Don taking the Best Speaker Award. Dan Pratt and Linda Holm served as speech evaluators and Linda won Best Evaluator.
Table topics tickled out brains with "question cards" asking: What is your favorite invention? If you could have a wild animal as a pet what would it be? Don Lyman won Best Table Topics for eloquently telling the best thing about the person seated to his right. Great topics and great speaking!
Next week's speakers will be Jason Carty, giving part 2 of his technical speech and Linda Holm, with Dan Pratt evaluating one of the speeches. Please join us next week and reserve your role as soon as possible.
